What uses a test?
Each live dispatch uses one daily test, including failed or uncertain provider outcomes. Dry Run, preflight errors and replaying the same request do not use another test. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC.
What happens at a limit?
No extra charge is added. Wait for the reset, remove a saved item, or choose a larger plan. Existing report downloads do not use another credit. New report versions reset each calendar month at 00:00 UTC.
How do billing and plan changes work?
An operator creates a manual invoice and confirms payment before activation. Review the plan, billing period and total before paying. Moving to Free hides retained paid history. Excess provider connections are locked and scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
